Tipton-King, Chris
Chris Tipton-King (www.ctkfilm.com) is a Bay Area filmmaker and Apple-Certified Trainer. He works in both production & post, specializing in cinematography, color grading and editing. His work includes color grading on features The Stranger In Us (Frameline 2010) and Age of Champions (AFI Silverdocs 2011). Other recent work includes directing the short film Boys & Girls, now screening in twelve festivals across the world, including San Francisco Asian American International and Frameline35. He holds a BA in Media from University of California San Diego and is currently working on his thesis documentary for the Cinema masters program at San Francisco State University. In his nonexistent spare time, he reads geek culture blogs and drools over shiny new cameras.
